North Point Live customer data specialist

Reports To: Director of Operations, North Point Live
Purpose Statement: To lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by leveraging CRM and Automation technologies to know where people are, where they came from, and guide them toward the appropriate next step.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advise and own customer CRM, segmentation, analytics and data

  • Own all analytics and reporting

  • Own customer pathway conversions and optimizations

  • Own all automation for marketing, customer pathway, and internal process

  • Deep knowledge and usability of CRM, automation, and analytics tools

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment


WORK schedule

  • Regular office hours, Monday–Friday

  • Some weeks may require Sunday-Thursday

  • 40 hours/week
