Reports To: Director of Operations, North Point Live
Purpose Statement: To lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by leveraging CRM and Automation technologies to know where people are, where they came from, and guide them toward the appropriate next step.
Advise and own customer CRM, segmentation, analytics and data
Own all analytics and reporting
Own customer pathway conversions and optimizations
Own all automation for marketing, customer pathway, and internal process
Deep knowledge and usability of CRM, automation, and analytics tools
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Regular office hours, Monday–Friday
Some weeks may require Sunday-Thursday
